The Client

A local flooring installer came to us for support in increasing their qualified leads. The team was already fantastic at closing the sale, but they needed exposure to a wider audience.

The Challenge

Our biggest challenge lay in differentiating the brand in an already-saturated industry, and how to creatively set our client apart, via digital marketing, with limited creative assets.

The Strategy

Proving that you don’t need a big budget to get great results, we were hyper-focused when it came to directing our client’s budget of $1000 per month. Following a comprehensive analysis of past clients, current trends and the type of creative content that converts in this particular industry, we mapped out the creative assets we needed, and provided the client with a clear brief for photography and videography that they were then able to source locally.

Once our ads were deployed, we implemented a spreadsheet system that captured the leads generated from our ads and acted as a bespoke CRM system. This ensured our client had all their leads in one place, and afforded them the capability to work collaboratively within their own team to stay on top of their follow-ups and client notes. This system also encouraged the client to provide us with feedback as to which leads converted to sales, giving us even more valuable consumer data to work with.

We achieved on average $55 cost per lead on a $6000 total ad spend, resulting in $60,000+ in total paid jobs in a six month period. Their main concern, brand awareness, was also fully addressed; the feedback our client received was that their key local market was ‘seeing their ads everywhere’, which was precisely the point of their ads!

This business now has the capability to create scalable, consciously targeted ad campaigns for themselves, funnelling into a system that is easy to use, accessible to the wider team, and provides real-time feedback.
