We don’t have the staff turnover you see in larger agencies, so the team who onboards you is unlikely to change significantly during the course of us working together.
We don’t expect our team to do it all, we’re comprised of specialists who work together to get the best result for our clients. This means that you get the best in each aspect of your work with us, rather than middle-of-the-road service from one account manager.

Minimum contract terms are negotiated during the enquiry process, however we do recommend a six month minimum contract term to see real results for organic social media and paid advertising clients.

Distance is no barrier to us working together! Our clients who are located outside of the Albury-Wodonga region receive the same level of service as our local clientele.

We believe that bigger isn’t always better - and we have the data to back it up! In an industry where most clients bounce from agency to agency, staying for on average three months, the majority of our clients stay with us for a year or more - even on occasion where we’ve been retained for a short-term project!

Results vary from business to business, and from campaign to campaign. If your foundations are solid, we would expect to achieve results quite quickly. If your website, brand messaging or campaign setup needs a bit of work to convert more effectively, we’ll work with you to resolve those issues first before attempting to grow via paid advertising.
