How We Turned Up the Heat on BP Air Services’ Digital Marketing Efforts

BP Air Services Case Study

The Client

BP Air Services is a heating and cooling business operating in the Albury/Wodonga region. Run by husband and wife team Ben and Kate Pargeter, BP Air is driven by a solid set of values: integrity, transparency, and a job well done. In a region that experiences four distinct seasons, there’s a strong demand for their services. Once customers work with BP Air, they very rarely go anywhere else for their heating and cooling needs.

The Challenge

Our challenge was to grow brand recognition, build trust and generate leads for the business. In a regional area where their biggest competitor has a stronghold on the market, we needed our work to stand out.

The Strategy

As with all new social media management clients, we started with a branding workshop where we uncovered the team’s values, the message they wanted to convey and their preferred tone of voice. As with many of our regional clients, the team didn’t want their copy to sound too ‘salesy’, or their feed to look too curated. The team takes pride in being down-to-earth and authentic, so we agreed to strike a balance between the professional photography they had on hand, and content generated by the team.

In our first month of working with this client, their Instagram reach increased by 2037%, and their Facebook reach increased by 671%, with page and post engagement up by 9,475%.

We achieved this by posting consistently, developing a strong brand tone of voice, and engaging with other local businesses.
